TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Welcome to JAIDAdating.com, operated by JAIDA App, Inc. (“JAIDA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website (“Website”), submitting an application, purchasing a membership, or using any JAIDA service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Agreement, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and any separate agreement applicable to the services you purchase.

This User Agreement supplements our Terms of Service. If any provision of this User Agreement conflicts with our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will govern. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Website or submit an application.

OUR RIGHT TO REVIEW OR REMOVE AN APPLICATION

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance as a Member or Client.

By submitting an application to JAIDA App, Inc., you acknowledge and agree that JAIDA may accept, reject, delete, suspend, or remove your application, profile, data, membership, or access to the Services at any time when permitted by applicable law. JAIDA is not required to provide a reason for rejecting or removing an application.

JAIDA may immediately remove an application or terminate access if the applicant provides false, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, offensive, or unlawful information or violates any JAIDA policy or agreement.

NO CLIENT RELATIONSHIP CREATED BY USING THE WEBSITE

Viewing the Website, submitting an application, sending an email, completing a contact form, or communicating with a JAIDA representative does not create a matchmaking Client relationship.

A Client relationship is established only after JAIDA accepts the applicant as a Client, the applicant signs the applicable Client Service Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement, and JAIDA receives the required payment.

An applicant accepted as a database Member does not become a private matchmaking Client. Member Services and Client Services are separate paid services with different benefits, fees, obligations, and limitations.

PAID SERVICES AND FEES

JAIDA App, Inc. does not offer unpaid memberships, matchmaking, coaching, consultations, telephone calls, video meetings, trials, or other professional services.

MEMBER SERVICES

An applicant accepted as a database Member must pay a one-time membership fee of $99 before being added to JAIDA’s confidential international database.

Except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law, the $99 membership fee is non-refundable.

Member Services provide inclusion in JAIDA’s confidential database for potential consideration as a match for an active Client. Membership does not include a dedicated matchmaker, an active search conducted on the Member’s behalf, coaching, guaranteed communication, guaranteed introductions, guaranteed dates, or any guaranteed relationship or outcome.

JAIDA will contact a Member only if JAIDA identifies that Member as a potential match for a current Client. This may occur shortly after joining, several years later, or not at all.

CLIENT SERVICES

Private Client matchmaking services begin at $5,900 and increase in price depending on the selected service package, locations, duration, number of introductions, recruiting requirements, level of personal support, coaching, and other requested services.

The exact Client fee, payment schedule, services, number of introductions, geographic scope, limitations, and other applicable terms will be disclosed in the Client’s separate Service Agreement.

A Member does not receive Client Services unless the Member is separately accepted as a Client, signs the required agreements, and pays the applicable Client service fee.

PAID CALLS, CONSULTATIONS, AND COACHING

Telephone consultations, video meetings, coaching, and other professional services are paid services. The applicable price and terms will be disclosed before payment. Paying for a consultation, call, or meeting does not guarantee acceptance as a Client, an introduction, a date, or any particular result.

NO COMPENSATION TO MEMBERS OR CLIENTS

By joining JAIDA’s network as a Member or Client, you acknowledge that you are not an employee, contractor, representative, agent, or partner of JAIDA.

You are not entitled to receive money, gifts, compensation, commissions, travel expenses, lodging, meals, reimbursements, or anything else of value for joining JAIDA’s network, participating in the Services, communicating with a prospective match, or attending an introduction or date, except where expressly required by applicable law.

Members participate in the hope of meeting a compatible romantic partner and not for financial gain or commercial opportunity.

Any fees paid by a Client to JAIDA are confidential business information. Members and prospective matches agree not to question a Client about the Client’s payments, service package, financial arrangements, or agreement with JAIDA.

MEMBER ELIGIBILITY AND PROFILE INFORMATION

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to apply for or use JAIDA’s Services. You may submit an application only for yourself unless JAIDA expressly authorizes otherwise in writing.

All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. This includes your age, identity, photographs, location, relationship status, marital status, occupation, background, preferences, and any other information requested by JAIDA.

When applying for Member Services, you may be asked to provide information including your physical characteristics, professional background, relationship history, gender, orientation, location, preferences, written responses, and photographs for your confidential profile (“Profile”).

Information submitted to JAIDA is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and other applicable agreements and policies.

PROFILE PRESENTATION AND PERMISSION

By submitting your Profile and accepting a JAIDA membership, you authorize JAIDA to privately present your Profile information, photographs, written responses, and other relevant details to prospective Clients or potential matches within JAIDA’s network for compatibility review and matchmaking purposes.

This authorization allows JAIDA to make confidential Profile presentations without obtaining separate permission before each presentation. JAIDA will not publish your Profile publicly as part of the Member Services unless you provide separate authorization.

You may withdraw your Profile from future consideration by contacting support@jaidadating.com. Withdrawal will not require JAIDA to refund previously paid fees, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF WEBSITE MATERIALS

All materials contained on the Website, including text, photographs, images, graphics, videos, designs, logos, names, trademarks, service marks, software, and other materials (collectively, “Content”), and all intellectual-property rights associated with that Content, are owned by or licensed to JAIDA App, Inc.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, transmit, modify, distribute, display, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the Content without JAIDA’s prior written authorization, except for limited personal and noncommercial use permitted by applicable law.

These rights apply to all existing and future forms, media, and technologies.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

The Website may contain links to websites or services maintained by third parties (“Third-Party Websites”). These links are provided for reference or convenience only.

JAIDA does not own or control Third-Party Websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, accuracy, privacy practices, security, products, services, representations, or transactions. Accessing a Third-Party Website is at your own risk and is subject to that third party’s policies and terms.

CONTENT DISCLAIMER

The Website and its Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

JAIDA does not represent or warrant that the Website or its Content will always be accurate, complete, current, timely, uninterrupted, secure, without errors, without harmful components, or suitable for every purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAIDA App, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and representatives disclaim all express and implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

JAIDA is not liable for any action taken, decision made, or loss incurred in reliance on Website Content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Website or its Content is to stop using the Website, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

SUBMITTED INFORMATION

If you submit comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, notes, concepts, graphics, or other materials unrelated to your confidential application or Profile, you grant JAIDA a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, fully paid license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, and incorporate those materials into other works without compensation to you, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This provision does not alter JAIDA’s obligations regarding Personal Information or confidential Profile information under the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, or applicable law.

You must not submit or transmit material that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise violates any law or third-party right. You are solely responsible for the materials and information you submit.

WEBSITE USAGE INFORMATION

When you use the Website, JAIDA and its authorized service providers may collect information regarding your visits, including pages viewed, referral sources, device and browser information, IP address, interactions, and the length of your visit.

JAIDA may use this information for analytics, security, fraud prevention, Website administration, service improvement, and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

INTERNATIONAL USE

JAIDA is a United States company that provides certain matchmaking and related services internationally.

The availability, scope, price, and conditions of JAIDA’s Services may vary according to location. JAIDA does not represent that every Service is available or legally appropriate in every country, state, province, or jurisdiction.

If you access the Website or use the Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable in your location.

TRADEMARKS, TRADE NAMES, AND SERVICE MARKS

Unless otherwise indicated, all names, logos, designs, slogans, trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Website are owned by or licensed to JAIDA App, Inc.

Nothing on the Website grants you a license or right to use any JAIDA trademark, service mark, logo, trade name, or other protected material without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use or misuse is strictly prohibited.

MODIFICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT

JAIDA may modify this User Agreement periodically. Any revised version will be posted on the Website with an updated effective date. Where required by applicable law, JAIDA will provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of the Website or Services after a revised User Agreement becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to a revision, you must stop using the Website and Services.

EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT: AUGUST 11, 2026.

TERMINATION

JAIDA may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services if JAIDA reasonably believes that you have violated or may violate this User Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, a Service Agreement, the Non-Disclosure Agreement, or applicable law.

JAIDA may also terminate a membership, application, or service as otherwise permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

You may stop using the Website at any time. Ending your use of the Website does not automatically cancel a paid membership or Client Service Agreement. Cancellation of paid Services is governed by the applicable Service Agreement, Terms of Service, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and applicable law.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND RIGHTS

Except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law or expressly provided in a written Service Agreement, paid fees are non-refundable.

Subscribers residing in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin may have specific statutory cancellation rights.

Where applicable, you may cancel the covered agreement and receive the refund required by law by providing timely notice before midnight of the applicable cancellation deadline. The deadline and available refund may depend on your state, the type of service purchased, and when the agreement was signed or the Services became available.

To request cancellation, email support@jaidadating.com and clearly state that you are canceling the applicable agreement. You may also follow any additional cancellation instructions contained in the Terms of Service, Service Agreement, or state-specific notice provided to you.

Nothing in this User Agreement limits a cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be waived.

DISPUTES

Disputes relating to the Website, an application, membership, Client Services, or any other JAIDA Service are governed by the dispute-resolution provisions contained in JAIDA’s Terms of Service and any applicable Service Agreement.

Those provisions may require binding individual arbitration and may include a waiver of jury trials and class or representative actions, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Subject to any binding arbitration requirement and any non-waivable rights under applicable law, this User Agreement is governed by the laws identified in JAIDA’s Terms of Service.
